Identity Card is a MUST for collection of authorisation& other documents by the representative of the company / firm. The Regional Authorities are issuing three Identity Cards for each Company.
We suggest that you obtain & renew the Identity Card as early as possible to avoid delay in getting documents from the regional authorities.
To prepare your application, the following documents are required:
Kindly provide us Profile of your company (Specimen available with us)
Full name, designation, residential address, telephonenumbers & Email Id of the signatory i.e. Director / Partner / Proprietor (Give in company's profile).
2 Photographs (size 2.5 x 3cm) of the person in whose name the Identity Card is to be issued, giving full name, father's / husband's name, designation and residential address.
Copy of IEC No. Certificate.
Rs.500/- Cash for each I-Card for T.R. Challan from Central Bank of India or D.D. Rs.500/- in favor of Addl. DGFT, Mumbai.
Copy of valid R.C.M.C. (all pages showing list of all Directors)
10 Letter Heads of your company.
Self-addressed envelope along with postal stamp of Rs.40/-, as there is no provision for hand delivery, it is mandatory to send the I. Card by Speed Post.
List of all Directors (Kindly check Director's details in IEC & RCMC. We require full name of Director / Full name of Father / husband, Birth date, Residential Address, Telephone Number & Email ID.)
Send original I-Card which is to be surrendered and also original expired I-card must surrender. (compulsory) (If ICard holder left the organisation his card must be surrendered in original.
Aadhar Card of I-Card holder whose favour I-card to be issued.
Note:
A Firm / Company is eligible for maximum 3 Identity Cards.
Identity Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Group companies can appoint same person for Identity Card.
If you have group companies / sister concerns etc., we suggest you to get an Identity Card for one person for different companies so he can collect the License / documents from Addl. DGFT, Mumbai for all group companies. Necessary declaration to be given (specimen copy available with us)
