  It has been seen from our experience that many of our clients are not mentioning the correct ITC (HS) codes in the export documents, thereby facing many problem during passing of documents at the time of export/import by customs and acceptance of documentary proof of export of specific item attracting chapter 3 benefits by Addl. • Complicated Audit queries and replies
  It has come to our notice that either due to ignorance or negligence by concerned employees the clients have to face unnecessary hardship at the time of audit resulting in harassment, financial loss, payment of duty and interest. It must therefore be ensured that proper credit relating to inputs, capital goods and service tax is taken to avoid problems in future. In case of any doubt the input documents should be sent to our office to examine eligibility. We also help our clients in the preparation of audit replies. Clients are advised to send audit queries/reports well in advance with connecting documents.
• Replies to show cause notices
  The issue of show cause/demand notice has become a regular feature in excise matters. We can assist in filing replies to the notices duly supported by case laws etc. In case any client desires to avail of this service then copies of notice and connected documents be sent to our office well in advance for preparation of defence.
• Appeals in excise and customs matters
  We also prepare appeals against orders passed by lower formations. In case of any confirmed demand copies of the same be sent in advance for preparation of appeals with supporting case laws
• Processing and filing of refund under Rule 5/rebate claims
  Clients desiring to file refund under Rule 5 and rebate against exports can apply through us. We check and compile the applications and file the claims with timely follow-up by our experienced representatives.
• TED and deemed duty drawback claims with Regional Authority
  Similarly in case of deemed export supply we can file TED and deemed duty drawback applications and file the claims with timely follow-up to ensure quick/smooth sanction. You may contact us for filing TED and deemed duty drawback claims along with contract/order copies, supply invoices, payment receipts, invalidation letter, Cenvat declaration etc. to determine eligibility.
